Available from January 2011 iansyst are delighted to announce a host of new features to be added to Audio Notetaker.
Transforming the use of audio for learning in UK schools, colleges and universities, Audio Notetaker (www.audionotetaker.com) software enables students to recall, review and interact with course materials through audio recordings. The unique audio visualisation tool enables students to display PowerPoint slides, images and text from documents, in a structured layout alongside their audio recordings. Developed with Sonocent, Audio Notetaker is available as a single-user license or a site licence.
New features for 2011 include:
- PDF slide import: This enables slides from any source to be imported making it is easy to print from any program to PDF
- Direct export to iTunes: Users can export Audio Notetaker files directly into iTunes
- Transcription Mode playback: Audio Notetaker will now playback one segment at a time, giving users time to type the transcription
- Help videos: Introduce topics covered by the in-built tutorial
For existing users, a downloadable update will be available to upgrade to the latest version.
