Hilery Williams has been recognised for her innovative approach to technology-based learning and has been awarded the Dyslexia Best Practice Award from iansyst.
Hilery works with staff, parents and children across some of East Lothian’s 35 primary schools and 6 secondary schools, to overcome some of the barriers to literacy.
Believing that technology is crucial for helping children with dyslexia to excel by teaching new ways of learning efficiently and effectively.
A passionate advocate of collaborative learning Hilery was involved with Glow, the digital network of Scottish Schools.
